Low carb pizza: This is a cauliflower pizza crust, add any low carb topping that you want, check the pizza sauces!

Cauliflower pizza crust:

1 cup cauliflower
1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or whatever you prefer)
2 pinches of shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1 egg
garlic powder
onion powder

In food processor or blender grind up uncooked raw cauliflower ( about half a head) once it's finely grounded put in mixing bowl.

mix cauliflower, cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg in a mixing bowl til it is well mixed, add garlic powder and onion powder

flatten out the mixture to the shape you want it and the thickness ( i like mine thin)

bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes take out add toppings, bake another 8-10 min depending on how well done you want it.
