Whenever I think of sausage balls it reminds of when I was a kid and my mom made them for the first time. I was in heaven, they were yummy and cheesy. I've been craving them, and I made a low carb version of them. Yummy!

Low Carb Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
1 pound hot or mild sausage, uncooked
8 ounces whipped cream cheese
1 1/4 cups Carbquick
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces whipped cream cheese
1 1/4 cups Carbquick
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Roll into one-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. (I lightly spray it with Pam)
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
