Low carb cream cheese sausage balls


Whenever I think of sausage balls it reminds of when I was a kid and my mom made them for the first time. I was in heaven, they were yummy and cheesy.  I've been craving them, and I made a low carb version of them.   Yummy! 
These are very delish and moist! Enjoy! 



Low Carb Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
1 pound hot or mild sausage, uncooked
8 ounces whipped cream cheese
1 1/4 cups Carbquick 
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Roll into one-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. (I lightly spray it with Pam)
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.

Low carb Cheeseburger pie

Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger pie 

Ingredients: 

1 lb hamburger meat 
6 slices of bacon 
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese 
1 egg 
2/3 cups of carbquick 
1/2 cup milk
salt 
pepper
Worcester sauce 
garlic powder
onion powder 

Directions: 
Brown meat, drain meat, add two shakes of Worcester sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and salt & pepper. Add cooked crumbled bacon 

In a mixing bowl combine carbquick, milk and egg beat until well mixed. 

In a 9x9 pan layer meat on bottom, 1 cup of cheese, the batter mixture, then the rest of the cheese. 

bake at 350 deg for 30 minutes. 

This is delish! Add any hamburger toppings you want. Onions, pickles, mustard, ketchup ( sugar free if low carbing) lettuce etc. 

Even my husband and 6 yr old loved this!

Low carb pizza: This is a cauliflower pizza crust, add any low carb topping that you want, check the pizza sauces!

Cauliflower pizza crust:

1 cup cauliflower
1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or whatever you prefer)
2 pinches of shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1 egg
garlic powder
onion powder

In food processor or blender grind up uncooked raw cauliflower ( about half a head) once it's finely grounded put in mixing bowl.

mix cauliflower, cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg in a mixing bowl til it is well mixed, add garlic powder and onion powder

flatten out the mixture to the shape you want it and the thickness ( i like mine thin)

bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes take out add toppings, bake another 8-10 min depending on how well done you want it.

Chicken wings, squash & bacon wrapped jalapeno

Oh yummy! This is one of my favorite LCHF meals.  Grilled chickens wings with Franks RED HOT sauce, Grilled squash with all different seasonings ( whatever we grab that day!) and a Jalapeno with Mozzeralla string cheese inside, wrapped in bacon and then grilled! Delish.
